For those who are looking for a fresh mountain white wine, this Sylvaner is almost a must. Produced by the Hans Rottensteiner winery in the heart of South Tyrol, this white wine is the result of careful processing of grapes harvested at full maturity on the Alpine slopes. Everything is done in full respect of the original fruit and the characteristics of the variety. Soft pressing and careful fermentation at a temperature of about 20 degrees, the wine is processed exclusively in steel in order not to distort the aromatic picture of the grape. In the glass it has a beautiful straw yellow colour. The nose is intense and elegant, with a lovely bouquet that ranges from fruity notes of apple and pear to peach and citrus. In the mouth it is fresh and pleasantly sapid. A perfect wine both as an aperitif in the city and as a companion for a snack at high altitude.
