Lenza di Munti, Etna Rosato, is a wine of great intensity and freshness that belongs to the Classica line of Cantine Nicosia. DOC and monovarietal wines with excellent value for money, capable of representing the great variety and richness of modern Sicilian oenology. This rosé, with its beautiful bright colour, has a broad bouquet, with floral and fruity notes ranging from dog rose to small red fruits. In the mouth it is structured, harmonious and persistent. It comes from a fortunate selection of Nerello Mascalese grapes, grown on the lava terraces of vineyards at an average altitude of 720 metres above sea level. It combines the elegance typical of wines born at high altitudes with the marked minerality deriving from volcanic soils. It is excellent with cured meats and perfect as an aperitif. On the table, however, it is certainly not afraid of a challenge. Try it, for example, with roast white meats but also with tasty fish dishes. Delicious with shellfish risotto or tuna tartare.
